The Grout Medic of Rochester Hills and Farmington Hills, a fast-growing grout and tile maintenance/restoration company, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Tile Technicians. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience is a plus (tile installation, grout work, or related fields).
- No experience? No problem! Candidates with a working knowledge of home services and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- A patient, friendly, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to follow procedures and respond to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Must have a cell phone.
- Clean appearance and professional demeanor.
- Insured personal vehicle, presentable and in safe working order, used to travel to customer job site with room to carry needed tools and supplies for the job.
- Must speak English well.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa.
- Clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
- A criminal background check is required.
Preferred Skills (but not required):
- Tile or grout experience.
- Experience with silicone caulks and various types of grouts.
- Knowledge of services like tile installation, re-grouting, re-caulking, grout cleaning, tile repair, or
water damage repair.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Hours: Full-time (M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or part-time options.
- Hourly Pay: Based on experience and skills. Range from $19 - $25 per hour.
- For full time
- 1 WEEK PAID VACATION after 1 year of employment
- PAID HOLIDAYS after 90 days of employment (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
- Company shirts provided.
