- Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, tile, etc.
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
- Highly experienced in drywall installation and finishing
- Must reside within 20 miles of central Keyport NJ
- Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
- Demonstrated multi skills in a variety of categories such as carpentry, drywall, installations and repairs
- Ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- Able to communicate both written and verbally in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers.
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50 lbs), and handling tools
- Driver's license is required.
- Must own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades.
- Experience in all aspects of tile installation and finishing a PLUS
- Experience in flooring installation and repair (vinyl, LVP, laminate) a PLUS.
- Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a PLUS
