Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation structure with a base hourly wage of $12/hour and a 6% commission on all gross sales generated. First-year earnings are expected to range from $50,000 to $65,000 , depending on performance. As you grow in the role, earnings of $80,000 or more are achievable based on sales volume as well as base hourly wage increase based on performance.
