We’re growing and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to manage daily operations and eventually take the reins. Job Summary As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee field operations, manage crews, streamline scheduling, and drive profitability. You’ll work closely with the franchise owner to learn the business inside and out, with the goal of transitioning into ownership within XX months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily landscaping and lawn care operations
• Schedule crews, optimize routes, and ensure service quality
• Hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
• Monitor job costs, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Attend client meetings, prepare estimates, and negotiate contracts
• Track KPIs and implement operational improvements
• Participate in structured mentorship and ownership planning

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or service-based operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with scheduling software, CRM tools, and basic financials (LMN Software preferred but not required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow a business
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
