The Ground Guys are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Professional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every lawn looks its best.
We're looking for someone who is physically fit, able to lift 35-80 pounds frequently, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. As a Maintenance Professional, you will be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care and attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging
- Ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standard and that everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
We measure success by attendance, budget vs actual hours, return rates, customer retention, and full utilization of software & processes. If you have prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries, we'd love to hear from you!
