We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Specialist. At The Grounds Guys, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest level of quality in our work.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in landscaping or lawn care, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and landscape installs.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will ensure that all jobs are completed to a high standard and meet our customer's expectations. This includes ensuring everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day, attending to details, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. Additionally, you'll need to be willing to complete training within 6 months if you don't already have experience in landscaping or lawn care.
