We are a growing landscaping compnay committed to quality, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
The Landscaping Crew Lead will oversee daily job site operations, manage crew members, maintain equipment, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site. This role also includes opportunities to earn commission through sales of additional services and new client acquisition.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated crew lead who can supervise a team, ensure high-quality work, and help grow the business through upselling and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a landscaping crew on residential and/or commercial properties
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Identify and upsell additional services (mulching, seasonal cleanups, enhancements, irrigation, etc.)
- Provide accurate job updates to management
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
Incentives:

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Crew management: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
