At The Grounds Guys of Rapid City, we are looking for reliable team members dedicated to high-end landscape maintenance and site upkeep, snow removal skills, and equipment operation. In this role, you will focus on detailed bed maintenance, property cleanups, and fundamental landscape care to ensure our commercial and residential client sites always look their best.
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect you to show up with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. This role provides direct hands-on experience and a clear growth path toward leadership positions on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Bed Care & Weeding: Responsible for thorough hand-weeding, soil cultivation, edge detailing, and weed prevention across landscape beds.
- Property Cleanups: Lead and execute spring and fall cleanups, leaves and brush clearing, mulching, and site restoration.
- Field Support: Assist with routine grounds maintenance, plant installation, pruning, and general property detailing.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and care for hand tools, power blowers, trimmers, and property maintenance equipment.
- Quality Control: Follow our "Neighborly Done Right Promise" by making sure every job site is left cleaner and sharper than you found it.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate Mini Excavators and Bobcat or similar machinery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong work ethic and physical stamina for outdoor detailing work.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
