We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Landscaper to oversee and execute comprehensive landscaping projects and maintenance operations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping teams to ensure efficient completion of projects and maintenance tasks
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control
- Lead landscaping construction projects such as installing new gardens, pathways, retaining walls, and irrigation systems
- Manage tree care operations including planting, trimming, removal, and health assessments
- Ensure proper lawn care practices are followed to promote healthy turf growth
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
- Conduct quality inspections to uphold safety standards and aesthetic excellence across all landscapes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or construction with a strong supervisory background
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, and garden management
- Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with tree care procedures including pruning and health assessments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
- Strong understanding of landscape construction projects from planning to execution
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
