What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead, Landscape Installation position at The Grounds Guys of Fort Lauderdale?
We are looking for an experienced install team lead who can hit the ground running. This is a hands-on field position.
What you’ll be doing:
Running your own truck and crew for installation projects Tuesday - Thursday.
Working with maintenance division on Monday and Friday -- potentially running crew.
Driving truck and trailer on a daily basis.
Picking up materials for the jobs.
What we need from you:
English-speaking — clear communication is a must
Valid, clean driver’s license — you’ll be driving a company truck to job sites
Hands-on experience with landscaping especially installation.
Tech-savvy — comfortable using apps, tablets, or software to log work and communicate
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
If you know systems and can do the work without hand-holding, we want to hear from you. If willing to work in all parts of the business we have more work for you.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
