What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn & Landscape Team Lead position at The Grounds Guys of Bayshore?

Training provided will increase your knowledge and abilities
and provide you with the necessary skills to perform the
following
Team Lead responsibilities:
1.Be an active participant in or conduct the
HUDDLE
2.Carry out the Code of Care.
3.Perform and supervise daily preparation of trucks and equipment
.
4.Perform and supervise daily shut down using the 5 S system.
5.Perform and manage landscape and maintenance tasks
(GC3)
on client’s properties with a team of 1-3
.This includes assigning tasks to team members and following up to make sure work was completed properly.
6.Provide “on the job” training to all crew members in safety, equipment
uses, and technique
.
7.Utilize the Time App to record time
sheets of all team members.
Submit daily.
8.Utilize the Time App to record job notes and pictures.
9.Track, understand, and
meet budgeted job hours.
10.Proactively address questions or concerns with clients. Communicate those concerns with the Owner or supervisor
in a timely fashion.
11.Continually maintain and promote safe
working conditions.
12.Be accountable for neglect and abuse of assigned equipment
.
13.Possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and conduct yourself in a professional manor.
14.Maintain an NPS score of 80 or higher.
15.Looks for additional sales opportunities on each site
and share the opportunities with your supervisor or
owner.
