What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape Foreman position at The Grounds Guys Of Baton Rouge and Covington?
- Foreman: 3-5 years minimum of Hardscape experience. Duties would include building Outdoor Kitchens, Water features, Fireplaces, Fire Pits, Patios, Retaining Walls, Walkways, Driveways, etc…
- Capable of reading and installing via hardscape designs and plans.
- Self Starter
- Valid LA Drivers License Required
- Must be proficient with Hardscape tools, equipment, and building skills.
- Masonry skills a plus
- Good communication skills
- Able to lead a crew of 3 or more
- Mode of transportation to and from the shop is required.
- Able to run a project from start to finish Including limited management for subcontractors.
- Starting wage of $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience
- Paid comprehensive training program
- Company paid ICPI & NCMA training classes with Hands On training.
