Expo (Expeditor)
Oversees order accuracy and timing, ensuring all dishes leave the kitchen correctly and promptly. Acts as the final quality control point before food reaches guests. Works closely with BOH and FOH to keep service running smoothly.
Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a lead expo in a busy establishment.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
