This RIDE-approved classroom, already established and welcoming students, is designed with a maximum capacity of six children to ensure focused, personalized, and individualized learning experiences.Position Description: $5000 Sign-On BonusCoordinate student programs including planning goals, designing instructional programs, scheduling and monitoring programs; complete/monitor completion of documents for staff and students; effectively arrange physical environment to foster maximum learning.As the teacher, you will lead a team supported by an exceptional 2:3 staff-to-student ratio. Our staff members hold Bachelor’s-level training in behavior management and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will also benefit from onsite collaboration with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Occupational Therapist (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to student success.Join our dedicated and supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.
