Job Title: Residential Manager

Supervise and participate in all operations of residential programming. Coordinate the development of skill area program plans, assure all staff are trained in and follow program plans. Maintain health and safety standards and encourage staff and client independence and skill development. Communicate relevant information among residences and related departments within the agency in addition to outside agencies; facilitate communication and teamwork. Data collection, report writing and analysis.

Education, Experience and Special Skills:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related human service field, extensive work toward degree, or comparable experience. Three years experience working with individuals who have behavior disorders and/or developmental disabilities.
One year supervisory or management experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
