Become a part of the Cove Center, a program that serves adults in Rhode Island with autism and developmental disabilities, offering on-going education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more!
Education, Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma.
- Computer skills: intermediate proficiency required.
- Must have a valid driver's license (in good standing) for at least three years and insured auto.
- 3 years of experience working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities is required.
