Become a part of the Halcyon Center, a program that serves adults in Massachusetts with autism and developmental disabilities, offering ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more!
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Must have a High School diploma
- Valid driver's license in good standing for minimum 3yrs
- Insured auto.
- 3 years of professional experience with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is required.
