Full-Time Assistant Manager Opportunity Available in Taunton, MA!
**$1,250.00 Sign-on Bonus!!
Schedule: Tuesday- Friday from 12:00PM - 8:00PM; plus either Saturday OR Sunday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM OR 4:00PM- 10:00PM

The Assistant Manager role will help provide support to the Residential Director and Residential Manager, as well as supervision and support for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and clients in our residential group home setting. We offer ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individual's role in making choices to give them greater control of the direction of their life. You would assist in ensuring that hands-on, person-centered individualized care and support is being given to our four residents in the home.

Education, Experience and Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities; 3 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services or related field, or similar combination of education and extensive experience
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, with a registered and insured vehicle
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English proficiently
- Ability to speak, see & hear clearly/audibly, as well as write legibly for documentation
- Basic computer skills
- Professional and respectful communication skills with DSPs, clients and their families or other parties
- Ability to intervene with clients when needed to implement behavioral inventions including physical restraint, lifting and transporting in personal vehicle or company van
- Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, reach and/or move regularly
- First Aid/CPR Certification (We provide training if needed)
- MAP Certification for medication administration (We provide training if needed)
- Safety Care Certification (We provide training if needed)
