Our Grit On The Go team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated coach who loves working with athletes and families in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role blends hands-on coaching in the field with direct customer interaction, making it perfect for someone who thrives on variety, brings high energy wherever they go, and loves connecting with people while delivering unforgettable mobile ninja experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Coach high-energy Ninja Warrior classes (think obstacle courses) featuring warped walls, hanging obstacles, balance obstacles & more
- Encourage athletes through positive coaching, skill progressions, and confidence-building
- Set up and reset courses for classes and events
- Lead unforgettable, action-packed birthday parties
- Travel to different locations throughout your assigned region (we are running classes in Ridgewood, Fairlawn, Westwood, Paramus)
What You Bring
- Experience coaching kids (although we can teach!)
