Job Description:
- Maintaining floor presence and hospitality with customers
- Securing orders for kitchen
- Cleaning tables
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Prep & Cook menu items following recipes.
- Maintaining a Clean work station.
- Exercising proper food storage by label, dating, and rotating food items.
- Taking Inventory when needed.
- Daily protein counts.
- Stock inventory
- Following Daily Kitchen Standards to Ensure all Guests are Served The Gripper Way and that's overly satisfied.
Qualifications
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
- Knife Skills
- Can Read and Comprehend recipes
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
