Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and meet guest expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, enhancing their dining experience.
- Utilize POS systems for order tracking and communication with the kitchen when necessary.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
