What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Line Cook - Grill House Restaurant position at The Grill House Restaurant?
At the Grill House we offer a Pub Menu alongside our Grill Menu. Our line cooks will be responsible for preparing meals per our recipes, help to create daily specials, and keep a sanitized work area. We are committed to serving exceptional food in a timely manner to ensure repeat business.
§ Assist in daily prep
§ Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our recipes
§ Abide by first in first out to maintain product freshness
§ Good communication skills with the other staff members
§ Knowledgeable of kitchen procedures and food safety
§ Knowledge of each station on the line
§ Good cleanliness & organization skills
§ Flexible availability days, nights & weekends
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
