We are looking for a Family Practitioner to join our Community Health Center.
Job Description
MD to function as our Family Practitioner. Multiple Physician positions available at this location. Submit your CV with your specialty and we'll find your best fit. 5 days per week, shifts, with some weekend rounding. Admissions will be referred to the Hospital Medicine program. 403B retirement plan, malpractice provided, food benefit package, paid vacation 4 weeks and 1 week CME for 2 years, and then extend a week, paid CME 1 week – $3500, and up to $10k in relocation expenses.
Qualifications
MD. Licensed in the state of Vermont and is BC/BE. Residency trained.
