We are a fast-paced, locally owned and operated The UPS Store franchise with stores at our new Gretna location and Lakeside Plaza. We pride ourselves on providing friendly, reliable service while helping customers with their shipping, printing, packaging, and document needs.

What You'll Do

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, professional, and exceptional customer service
• Help customers identify the best solutions for their shipping, printing, packaging, and business needs
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and use available resources to find solutions
• Build trust and encourage repeat business by creating a positive customer experience
• Promote The UPS Store's products and services when appropriate

Printing & Document Services

• Operate printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, stack cutters, and other store equipment
• Complete a variety of printing, copying, scanning, and document finishing requests accurately and efficiently
• Help customers determine the best options for their projects

Shipping

• Use point-of-sale software to process customer shipments
• Explain available shipping options, including differences in delivery speed and protection
• Accurately process shipments and ensure packages are prepared according to store procedures

Packing

• Assess customers' packaging needs and recommend appropriate materials
• Professionally pack items according to The UPS Store's packaging guidelines
• Complete pack jobs efficiently while ensuring the safety and protection of customers' belongings

Store Operations

• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Complete routine cleaning and general upkeep throughout the store
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including setting up computer systems, completing end-of-day reports, and balancing cash drawers
• Assist with other store duties as needed
