Your day to day as a Barback
As a Barback at The Greggory in South Barrington, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our dinner service runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include batchoing coctails during the day, assisting with opening and closing duties, and setting up garnishes and stocking the bar inventory with ice and glassware to maintaining a clean bar area.
