The Greer Group is recruiting a Bilingual Patient Access Representative for our client in Raleigh.
This is a long-term temporary position through June 2027!
This position will be remote after training in person has been completed! (performance evaluation after 7-8 weeks of training).
- Monday - Friday, 8: 15 AM - 5: 15 PM.
- The Remote Patient Access Representative (PAR) supports the Medical Clinics Call Center by answering incoming calls, scheduling or rescheduling appointments, transferring patients with clinical concerns to the appropriate triage team, and completing the entire patient registration process accurately.
- This position does not collect payments or check patients in or out.
- Strong customer service, communication, computer, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Basic troubleshooting skills required such as common problems dealing with a frozen application, lost internet connection, microphone problems.
- Retrieving and sending emails, attaching files, organizing your inbox, and using calendars.
Job Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Word and Google Docs skills are required, as well as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior customer service/patient access experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must complete a background check.
