- Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic payroll processing.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with employee relations.
- Organize office events and meetings through event planning skills to promote team engagement and morale.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Assist with budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities within the office environment.
