The Client Care Representative (CCR) position is a sales and customer service role primarily focused on managing an existing book of business. The CCR will manage the overall client relationship while proposing and generating new revenue opportunities. The operations team will provide support to the CCR for all install and maintenance work. The CCR will work closely with operations to drive quality and overall client satisfaction. The BD will be accountable to client customer satisfaction scores and hitting predetermined revenue targets to generate a portion of their overall on-target-earnings from commission. To be successful in this role, the CCR will possess the following knowledge and skills and will have demonstrated the ability to perform the various tasks and responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a plan to sell and service existing clients.
- Arrange business meetings with clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Using landscape management software to prepare sales estimates, proposals and contracts according to company guidelines.
- Work within company identified sales processes using technology to accurately keep records of sales details including communications, revenue, contacts, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with operations to provide client feedback and resolve problems.
- Communicate with internal team members to solve client issues or sell new revenue.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Attending association meetings, shows or other industry events on behalf of company, as needed.
- Traveling to meet with opportunities within a geographic region.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline with multiple clients.
Requirements
Knowledge:
- Horticulture degree preferred (High school or GED equivalent minimum required)
- Georgia Certified Landscape Professional
- Must have 5 years of sales experience.
- Ideally have 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience in the landscape industry.
- Successful achievement closing revenue (avg. $15K or greater) with high-end residential and commercial properties (ideally have existing book of business)
- Proficient with landscape design and planning
- Pesticide Applicators License
- Landscape management software experience (LMN preferred)
