Winter Wonderlights Associate
Under the general supervision of the Winter Wonderlights Event Operations Manager and the Winter Wonderlights Assistant Managers, performs all duties related to the operation and facilitation of Winter Wonderlights.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and elements.
- Must be able to work long hours on your feet.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be punctual.
- Must work scheduled days as assigned during all weather conditions.
- Must be willing to follow directions from others.
Primary duties include:
- Operating a point-of-sale cash register
- Conveying accurate information to the public
- Provide a high level of customer service to guests at all times.
- Facilitating event operations
- Maintaining clean and organized areas
