Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
