Schedule
- Full-Time
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Rotating weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medications, wound care, and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Supervise CNAs and support daily clinical operations
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Partner with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Dependable attendance and team-focused mindset
