Position Summary
The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our residents, visitors, and team members enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Support painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry projects
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, work areas, and building systems
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain facility grounds and outdoor areas
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Work closely with department leaders to support operational needs
- Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, or facility maintenance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and building systems
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
