Every Other Weekend Rotation

Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes
Maintain accurate documentation and clinical charting
Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Follow established nursing policies, procedures, and care plans
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment
Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current CPR certification preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care
