The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support a large-scale capital improvement program with the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).
Salary Range: $160K/Year-$175K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules aligned with execution strategies
- Review contractor schedules for accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Perform time impact analysis (TIA) for delays and claims
- Analyze change orders and schedule impacts
- Conduct critical path and earned value analysis
- Review recovery schedules and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in change order negotiations
- Perform cost analysis and cash flow projections
- Visit project sites and report progress to leadership
- Prepare and present schedule reports and recommendations
- 10 years of scheduling experience on large construction programs
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Advanced experience with: Primavera (P6), MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of
- Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
- Construction claims and change orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
