  • Downtime Management: Efficiently utilize gaps between customer traffic to complete vital management tasks, compliance documentation, and store upkeep.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate elite budtending skills, deep product knowledge, and compliant sales practices for the rest of the staff to emulate.

2. Compliance, Document Management & Daily Audits

  • Daily Inventory Control: Oversee and execute meticulous Daily Inventory Counts to guarantee immediate accuracy between physical stock and digital records.

  • Transport Manifests: Verifying, signing, and properly filing all incoming/outgoing transport manifests.
  • Invoices: Reconciling purchase orders against vendor invoices.
  • Certificates of Analysis (COAs): Reviewing and filing all lab testing results to guarantee every product on the shelf is fully compliant.

3. Team Coaching, Motivation & Culture

  • Positive Attitude: Bring a contagious, positive energy to the sales floor every day, fostering an environment rooted in hospitality, respect, and professionalism.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively coach, train, and develop budtenders on the floor to build deep product knowledge, compliance awareness, and advanced customer service skills.
  • Digital Communication: Maintain absolute fluency in Slack and other digital tools to keep teams aligned, informed, and connected across shifts and locations.

4. Multi-Site Operations & Agility

  • Multi-Location Support: Support management and oversee dispensary operations across multiple locations within Lincoln County.
  • Shift Coverage: Maintain a highly hands-on approach with the ability to cover shifts and fill operational gaps at short notice to ensure the retail floors are always properly staffed and compliant.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceNote on Mandatory Screening: Applicants who do not meet the New Mexico residency, software experience, and travel requirements will not be considered.
