Job Description:
As a member of The Greenbrier Hotel's Food and Beverage team, you will embody and maintain the brand DNA in all aspects of the resort experience. Your primary responsibilities will include approaching and acknowledging guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner, escorting them to their seats, and providing beverage and menu presentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing courses, and validating guest satisfaction throughout the meal. You will also assist with side work, maintain a clean and organized station, and participate in meetings and training sessions.
Effective communication, teamwork, and a strong ability to display enthusiasm and professionalism are essential for success in this role. To be considered, you must have prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress and possess excellent communication skills. Point of Sale Terminal experience is also required.
