Requirements:
Journeyman skill level to consist of accepted 4 year
apprentice program with classroom time and 8000 worked hours or experience and
technical skills equal to the apprenticeship from working in the trade for a
number of years. Candidate’s skills to
be representative of the attached basic skill
list.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or
G.E.D.
Communication Skills/Customer
Service:
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and
external customers
Present a professional, positive and helpful attitude at
all times when interacting with guests and co-workers. Exhibits an understanding of Human Relations
and functions as a “team player”.
Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention
and report those to the
supervisor
Technical Requirements:
Valid West Virginia’s Driver’s
License
EPA refrigerant
certification
Diagnosis, repair, operational checkout, start-ups,
preventive maintenance, equipment installation and
cleaning.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 70 pounds
