Administrative Assistant Duties
- Input listings into the MLS
- Prepare listing paperwork for appointments
- Schedule photos, staging, and videos
- Schedule open houses
- Design and print flyers, brochure, booklets, and more
- Social Media & Marketing
- Keep listing boxes and listing packets stocked
- Keep track of all supra boxes and signs
- And other duties, as assigned
- Inventory tracking
- Assist in client events
- Greet guests as they come in
- Keeping calendars updated
- Light cleaning to include gathering trash 3 days a week, replacing liners, refilling fridges, and spot cleaning as needed.
- Completing the open, mid-day, and close checklist as available.
- Answering phones
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
- Remote work is NOT possible.
- Professional demeanor and appearance. Office dress is business casual, (Slacks and blouses. No tennis shoes or t-shirts).
- Personal phone use is not permitted for business manners.
- Personal phone calls reserved for lunch hour unless there is an emergency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
