Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following company recipes and standards.
- Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including food handling and serving.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously.
- Follow health and safety guidelines related to food safety, serving, and food industry regulations.
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming café environment.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
