Their Prefabrication division is a growing part of our organization, allowing them to leverage the latest technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions to their clients. They're primary focus is commercial drywall and framing in the Data Center space
Role expectations
The project manager will have 10 years' experience in project management in commercial drywall and framing, specifically in Data Centers - although this isn't essential it is preferable and will command a 200K base for the expertise and experience you possess. . you will join a long-standing team on site, and you should be based in Dallas, they have an office out of there and continued work - the project is in Liberty Hill. The reason for the hire is due to their current project manager who was on the proposal getting promoted, so they need to backfill
Qualifications and project experience
Degree is desirable and so is proficiencies in project management software's, take offs and scheduling. Data center experience in drywall and framing!
