  • Manage internal teams, external advisors, and transaction counsel throughout financing processes.
  • Own and maintain financing models, prepare internal approval materials, and evaluate transaction risks.
  • Coordinate responses to investor and lender due diligence requests across development, engineering, and legal teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Support negotiations of key project agreements including equipment supply agreements, PPAs, interconnection agreements, EPC contracts, and O&M agreements.
  • Ensure transactions are executed efficiently and accurately while managing competing deadlines.

What We Look For

  • Proven transaction experience in energy or infrastructure project finance, ideally within a developer, operating company, private equity firm, management consulting firm, or investment bank.

  • Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management and investors.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of energy project development, utilities, interconnection, permitting, power markets, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and problem-solving capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
