Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient food service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Support food handling and preparation tasks in accordance with safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Help with setting up catering events, including arranging tables, serving food, and managing supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with bussing, serving, or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
