- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to standard and maintain food quality.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the establishment and increase customer engagement.

Experience
