SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
- Knowledge of general outdoor plant identification and plant care needs.
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Desire to partake in garden-related tasks, including pruning, watering and weeding.
- Enjoy working with retail customers and providing excellent customer service
- 3 years gardening experience
- 1-3 years greenhouse growing experience (ideal but not required)
Requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs and assist in unloading plant material and stocking inventory.
- Capability to work on your feet, outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work weekends (required).
- Ability to work based on seasonal needs, which may fluctuate due to weather.
