Role Description
This is a Part Time, Hourly, On-site role located in Charlotte, NC for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations, customer engagement, and administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, creative, and passionate about wellness and community impact. You will work closely with the Founder to ensure smooth operations, consistent communication, and excellence in customer experience. Key responibilities include but not limited:
- Opertional support to include managing inventory and procuring supplies from designated vendors to include picking up orders, as needed.
- Administrative support to include call and follow-up with leads, partners, and customers in a warm professional manner. Maintain records to include inventory lists and schedules for business operations,
- Digital and creative support by updating and maintaining Square website with accurate product listings, pricing and announcements. Assist with simple content organization for social media or marketing campaigns as needed. Support creative planning for promotions, vendor opportunities and community initiatives.
- Community and vendor engagement support by researching, organizing and planning vendor opportunities, pop-ups and community events. Represent The Green Juice Bar with professionalism and enthusiasm at community events, as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to manage workflows and contribute to the efficiency of processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate interaction across teams, assist customers, and handle inquiries effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, fostering positive client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with business software and operational tools is a plus.
- Experienced with social media content creation and is knowlegable of social media management.
- Project management or event management experience is a plus.
- Demonstred expertise in basic digital tools, comfortable with Square.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability for weekly errands and occasional weekend events
