Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
• Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about products to enhance their shopping experience
• Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits aligned with customer needs
• Handle cash, debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, and shop as a whole.
• Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Requirements

• MUST BE 21 AND OVER TO APPLY
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure, Must be able to work in a customer facing role.
• Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
• Ability to perform retail math tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and the ability to upsell products confidently

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
