> Tuesday thru Saturday ( closed Sunday , Monday and one Saturday a month)

>50% Commission Tips

> minimum of 3 years grooming experience required

Duties

• Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling coats to meet breed standards or owner preferences
• Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming procedures
• Use animal restraint techniques effectively to maintain safety for pets and staff during grooming sessions
• Trim pet nails accurately and safely while communicating with pet owners about grooming needs and recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use
• Assist with pet handling tasks such as kennel cleaning
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with pet owners, explaining grooming procedures, and addressing questions or concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pet grooming, dog handling
• Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal handling skills to ensure safe restraint and comfort during grooming
• Familiarity with pet coat styling, pet nail trimming, animal restraint methods, and general pet care practices
• Ability to lift heavy objects (heavy lifting) such as large dogs or equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners and team members effectively
• Strong attention to detail combined with a compassionate approach to animal handling
