HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, identifying potential issues before failure, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Inspect, clean, and service equipment including condensers, air handlers, and duct systems
• Identify wear-and-tear issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades
• Accurately document findings and services using company software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition and recommendations
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working order
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• 2 years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or service)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and observational skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $20.00 to $25.00 an hour based on experience
