POSITION AVAILABLE
A PAID INTERN will be employed by Washington Court House City Schools (WCHCS) while on the path to becoming certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analytic Certification Board and acquiring an Ohio Behavior Analyst licensure by the Ohio State Board of Psychology. WCHCS will provide the intern with opportunities to complete their required 1,500 – 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork as well as access to direct BCBA supervision during their employment. During the internship, the intern will assist with addressing behavior issues faced by students and to establish safe, supportive, and healthy practices through a collective effort between students, parents, schools and the community. Fieldwork may include various times and locations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Hold an Educational Aide Certificate
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Successful completion of BCI and FBI background checks
- Complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) training
- Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies
- Keeps current with technology and other workplace innovations that support job functions
- Master’s students preferred.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analytic Certification Board
- Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst licensure by the Ohio State Board of Psychology
- Holds a NPI (National Provider Identifier) number
- After completion of above outcomes, employment with WCHCS as a BCBA
