Golf Course Maintenance
Location: The Great Outdoors RV/Golf Resort - Titusville, FL, 32780
Job Description:
The Golf Course Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the golf course and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all golfers. Duties include:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging greens, fairways, roughs, and other areas of the golf course
- Watering and fertilizing the golf course to maintain healthy turf
- Repairing divots, ball marks, and other damage to the golf course
- Operating and maintaining equipment such as mowers, tractors, and other machinery
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of golf course events and tournaments
- Performing general landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and weeding
- Ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in golf course maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain golf course equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
